Week 3

So far I have lost 7.4 pounds. My scale at home shows more of a lost, so I'm excited.

NEWS:
- pants that did not fit before now fit too big
- I love squash in a steamer
- I need to make soup :)

Weight watchers is fantastic! Anybody who wants to lose weight and keep it off should try it. I'm a bit scared to go to the meeting Saturday. I overate yesterday and today. My weight varies on the scale at home, but hopefully it will show an improvement Saturday when I go.

There is one thing I havent done that I need to: Exercise.

I tried a few meeting times and found one that I like. The one I first went to had a woman who lost 20 pounds. She was so skinny its hard for me to think she would understand what it is like to be so overweight. Plus she was perky annoying. If you see somebody weighs more than 250 pounds, what makes you think they want to climb stairs?

The new meeting time has a woman who lost 70 pounds and shes more realistic. She wants overweight weight watcher members to walk for a few minutes everyday. DUH! Much better....
