Week 1 Results!

Week one of Weight Watchers flew by.

Things I learned:
- Do not schedule meals. You are hungry when you are hungry. So eat! I ate at different times this week just when I was hungry and was able to keep the points down.
- Fruits and vegetables won't fill you up but they are your how to get by friends. When you are hungry, and are waiting for the food to finish, theres nothing better than taking a bite out of an apple or nibbling on a carrot. It keeps your points at 0 while keeping your stomach from growling.
- The combination of fat/carb/protein/fiber is more important than calories. There were some tortillas I was using that had low calories but high weight watcher points (7 for two). I found another one that had more calories but less carbs and the result was 3 WW points and I was full a lot longer.

Things I failed at:
- Exercising. This week was so tiring. I didnt exercise during the week. Now, on the weekend I have back pain and won't go. Hopefully a trip to Massage Envy will fix my back and I can start exercising when I get off of work. I was thinking climbing the stairs when I'm leaving work will do the trick. The car ride (45 min to 1 hour) is way too long and I dont get home til 9.

Things I worry about:
- Going out to eat. I realized that the food doesn't taste as good as to waste all my WW points on them. I'm going to start cooking more exotic meals at home on the weekend, but I just hope I dont turn into a Hermit crab!

For next week: I really hope I will be able to register more than 4 WW exercise points. I'll look on their Etools for some to do at home.

Results: - 4 pounds

Girl on a mission, over and out.
